WARRANT
BRISTOL, SS: To any Constable of the TOWN OF RAYNHAM:
GREETING:
In the name of the COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, you are hereby directed to notify and
warn the inhabitants and voters of that part of the TOWN OF RAYNHAM residing in the territory and included within the boundaries of the NORTH RAYNHAM WATER DISTRICT qualified to vote in elections to meet at Raynham Middle School Auditorium located at 420 Titicut Road, Massachusetts on Thursday, the 24th day of May two-thousand and seven at seven oclock P.M. for the following purpose to wit:

| ARTICLE 1 | To choose a Moderator to preside at said meeting.
|
| ARTICLE 2 | To see if the District will vote to accept the reports of the Water Commissioners and the District Treasurer.
|
| ARTICLE 3 | To elect one member of the Board of Water Commissioners for a three (3) years term.
|
| ARTICLE 4 | To elect a District Treasurer for a three (3) year term.
|
| ARTICLE 5 | To elect a District Clerk for a three (3) year term.
|
| ARTICLE 6 | To see if the District will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $118,346.00 for the Principal and Interest payment on the Wilbur St. Storage Facility Debt or take any action relative thereto.

| ARTICLE 7 | To see if the District will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $93,360.00 for the Principal and Interest payment on the King Philip III Well Site Debt or take any action relative thereto.
|
| ARTICLE 8 | To see if the District will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $434,600.00 for the Operations Funds of the North Raynham Water District for the fiscal year July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 according to the budget or take any action relative thereto.
|
| ARTICLE 9 | To see if the District will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $309,138.00 for the Wage Funds of the North Raynham Water District for the fiscal year July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 according to the budget or take any action relative thereto.

| ARTICLE 10 | To see if the District will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $15,000.00 for the Reserve Fund or take any action relative thereto.
|
| ARTICLE 11 | To see if the District will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $15,000.00 for the Emergency Fund or take any action relative thereto.
|
| ARTICLE 12 | To see if the District will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $5,000.00 for the Backhoe Fund or take any action relative thereto.
|
| ARTICLE 13 | To see if the District will vote to transfer the sum of $20,000.00 from E & D (Free Cash) for the Water Tank Painting Fund or take any action relative thereto.
|
| ARTICLE 14 | To see if the District will vote to transfer the sum of $20,000.00 from E & D (Free Cash) for the Well Cleaning Fund or take any action relative thereto.
|
| ARTICLE 15 | To see if the District will vote to rescind Article 5 of the Special Meeting dated April 24, 2006 and remove the property located at 54 Broadway from the provisions of Article 97 of the Amendments to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or take any action relative thereto.

| ARTICLE 16 | To see if the District will vote to accept by gift, purchase, or take by eminent domain the land located off of Broadway and shown on a plan entitled Plan of Land in Raynham, Ma. Prepared for Bohler Engineering P. C. scale 1 = 80 dated March 14, 2007 Hayward-Boynton & Williams Inc. Civil Engineers containing 40,757 square feet, ( 93 acre +/- ) or take any action relative thereto.

| ARTICLE 17 | To see if the District will vote to accept by gift, purchase, or take by eminent domain, a 20 wide water easement over land located off of Broadway and shown on a plan entitled Plan of Land in Raynham, Ma. Prepared for Bohler Engineering P. C. scale 1 = 80 dated March 14, 2007 Hayward-Boynton & Williams Inc. Civil Engineers containing 28,596 square feet, or take any action relative thereto.

| ARTICLE 18 | To see if the District will vote to authorize the Commissioners to transfer by gift or for the sum of less than $100.00, the land located off of Broadway and shown on a plan entitled Plan of Land in Raynham, Ma. Prepared for Bohler Engineering P. C. scale 1 = 80 dated March 14, 2007 Hayward-Boynton & Williams Inc. Civil Engineers containing 1.45 acres +/- or take any action relative thereto.

| ARTICLE 19 | To see if the District will vote to exempt the balance of $313,168.00 Free Cash from the Provisions of Section 12A of Chapter 151 of the Acts of 1979 and that such Free Cash not to be utilized for the purpose of reducing the property tax for Fiscal Year 2007/2008 or take any action relative thereto.

| ARTICLE 20 | To see if the District will vote to authorize the District Treasurer, with the approval of the Water Commissioners, to borrow in anticipation of the revenue for the twelve month period beginning July 1,2007 in accordance with General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 4, and acts in amended thereof, and including in addition thereof, Chapter 849 of the Acts of 1969, as amended and renew any note or notes as they may be given for a period of less than one year in accordance with General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 17.

And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting up attested copies thereof at two or more places in the District at least seven (7) days before the time of the meeting.
HEREOF FAIL NOT, and make due return of this Warrant, with your doings thereon to the District Clerk at the time and place of meeting as aforesaid.

Pursuant to the within warrant, I have notified and warned the inhabitants of the Town of Raynham residing in the territory and included within the boundaries of the North Raynham Water District by posting up attested copies of the same at two or more public places (7) seven days before the date, thereof, as within directed.
