IMPORTANT NOTICE
Effective 7/18/2008, the District had to implement the Phase 3 watering restrictions. The Phase 3 restriction is hand held hoses only. Much of the district’s water supplies will be under going upgrades and reconstruction as part of the new filtration plant. The current failure of production well 3b has caused these measures to be implemented earlier than planned to maintain an adequate supply of drinking water in addition to fire protection.
