RAYNHAM, MASSACHUSETTS
Special Meeting- May 26, 2005
A special meeting was held at the Raynham Senior Center located at 2215 King Philip Street, Raynham Massachusetts on Thursday, the 26th day of May two thousand and five at six thirty oclock p.m. to vote on a two article warrant.
Motion was made by John Donahue to call the annual meeting to order. Seconded by Dyer. All in Favor.
The quorum of twenty was duly met. The following articles were voted as follows:

| ARTICLE 1 | To choose a Moderator to preside at said meeting.
Richard Bentley Jr. was nominated to preside as the moderator and was approved unanimously by voters by voice vote.

| ARTICLE 2 | Accepted unanimously by voice vote, as read, to transfer the sum of $25,000.00 from the E&D account (Free Cash) to the Operations Fund.

Motion was made by Dyer to adjourn the annual meeting at 8:00 p.m. Seconded by Donahue. All in favor.
