WARRANT
Special Meeting
April 14, 2008
BRISTOL, SS: To any Constable of the TOWN OF RAYNHAM:
GREETING:
In the name of the COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants and voters of that part of the TOWN OF RAYNHAM residing in the territory and included within the boundaries of the NORTH RAYNHAM WATER DISTRICT qualified to vote in elections to meet at the Raynham Senior Center located at 2215 King Philip Street, Raynham Massachusetts on Monday, 14th day of April two-thousand and eight at seven oclock P.M. for the following purpose to wit:

| ARTICLE 1 | To choose a Moderator to preside at said meeting.

| ARTICLE 2 | To see if the District (a) will vote to increase the appropriation of $3,800,000 as voted under Article 4 at the Special District Meeting held on April 26,2007 to $4,350,000 to pay the costs of constructing a water filtration plant at 1 Arrow Head Lane; (b) to authorize the Treasurer with the approval of the Commissioners to borrow $4,350,000 and issue bonds or notes therefore under Section 8 (4) of Chapter 44 of the General Laws or any other enabling authority and/or Chapter 29C of the General Laws; (c) to authorize the Treasurer with the approval of the Board of Water Commissioners to borrow all or a portion of such amount from the Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust established pursuant to Chapter 29C and in connection therewith to enter into a loan agreement and/or security agreement with the Trust and otherwise to contract with the Trust and the Department of Environmental Protection with respect to such loan and for any federal or state aid available for the project or for the financing thereof; and (d) to authorize the Board of Water Commissioners to enter into a project regulatory agreement with the Department of Environmental Protection, to expend all funds available for the project and to take any other action necessary to carry out the project.

And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting up attested copies thereof at two or more places in the District at least fourteen (14) days before the time of meeting.
HEREOF FAIL NOT, and make due return of this Warrant, with your doings thereon to the District Clerk at the time and place of meeting as aforesaid.
