Special Meeting

BRISTOL, SS: To any Constable of the TOWN OF RAYNHAM:
GREETING:
In the name of the COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants and voters of that part of the TOWN OF RAYNHAM residing in the territory and included within the boundaries of the NORTH RAYNHAM WATER DISTRICT qualified to vote in elections to meet at Raynham Senior Center located at 2215 King Philip Street, Raynham, Massachusetts on Monday, 24th of April two-thousand and six at seven oclock P.M. for the following purpose to wit:

| ARTICLE 1 | To choose a Moderator to preside at said meeting.

| ARTICLE 2 | To see if the District will vote to transfer $35,000.00 from Free Cash for the additional funds needed to purchase the land that the district voted on at the annual meeting on May 26, 2005 Article 18 transferring sum of $400,000.00 from the System Development Fund to purchase a new Well Site located at off Broadway, owned by King Philip Realty Trust on the Raynham Assessors Map 7, Lot 4, Book 15347 Page 77, as shown 297,538 sq. feet on a plan by K&S Associates, South Easton, Mass, dated December 8, 2003 or take any action relative thereto.

| ARTICLE 3 | To see if the District will vote to accept a gift from King Philip Reality Trust of the water rights associated with the property located at 54 Broadway, owned by King Philip Realty Trust on the Raynham Assessors Map 7, Lot 4, Book 15347 Page 77, as shown 297,538 sq. feet on a plan by K&S Associates, South Easton, Mass, dated December 8, 2003. The donors appraised value of the gift of the water rights is $385,000.00 or take any action relative thereto.

| ARTICLE 4 | To see if the District will vote to accept a Drinking Water Supply Protection grant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the amount of $207,500.00 to be used to reimburse the District for the purchase of the property located at 54 Broadway, owned by King Philip Realty Trust on the Raynham Assessors Map 7, Lot 4, Book 15347 Page 77, as shown 297,538 sq. feet on a plan by K&S Associates, South Easton, Mass, dated December 8, 2003 or take any action relative thereto.

| ARTICLE 5 | To see if the District will vote to dedicate in perpetuity the property located at 54 Broadway, owned by King Philip Realty Trust on the Raynham Assessors Map 7, Lot 4, Book 15347 Page 77, as shown 297,538 sq. feet on a plan by K&S Associates, South Easton, Mass, dated December 8, 2003 to purposes stated in Article 97 of the Amendments to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts including the protection of water resources and shall be fully protected by all provisions of Article 97. Furthermore, this property is open to the general public for appropriate outdoor/recreational use while consistent with 310 CMR 22.00 or take any action relative thereto.
And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting up attested copies thereof at two or more places in the District at least fourteen (14) days before the time of the meeting.
HEREOF FAIL NOT, and make due return of this Warrant, with your doings thereon to the District Clerk at the time and place of meeting as aforesaid.

Pursuant to the within warrant, I have notified and warned the inhabitants of the Town of Raynham residing in the territory and included within the boundaries of the North Raynham Water District by posting up attested copies of the same at two or more public places (14) fourteen days before the date, thereof, as within directed.
