Phase 3

    The Mass Department of Environmental Protection is requiring lawn watering restrictions under the district's new water withdrawal permit between May 1st to September 30th yearly depending on the declared drought condition.

    Phase 3/Significant Drought Condition

    NO SPRINKLERS OF ANY KIND
    (Unless you have a registered private well with the district)

    HAND HELD-HOSE or WATERING CANS

    FIRST VIOLATION will be a WARNING

    EACH SUBSEQUENT DAILY VIOLATION $250.00 Regardless of Phase

    STRICTLY ENFORCED

    ALL PRIVATE WELLS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE DISTRICT
