To The Residents of the North Raynham Water District,
Notification has been received that the District has made the funding list for a 2% low interest loan through the State Revolving Fund Program. The District has been aggressively pursuing grants and low interest funding over the past 5 years. A land grant was secured last year and used to purchase land for a new well site.
An informational meeting will be scheduled in the very near future to further explain this process and the project that the district would like to associate with this low interest loan. The district has made the list over the last 3 years but has not been high enough on the list to be awarded any monies.
This is a great opportunity for the district to improve the quality of its water supply with as little impact on the tax rate as possible.
Congratulations and a job well down to all of those involved in securing this low interest loan on behalf of the district and its rate payers.
